Del City, the closest neighbor to downtown Oklahoma City, has always been a community of resilience. Founded in 1948, the city was built on a vision of belonging and community. Seventy-five years later, city leaders saw an opportunity to build on that legacy and shape a new chapter that celebrated their strengths and bold ambitions. In 2024, they partnered with Koch Comm to create a modern brand and website that reflects Del City’s dynamic spirit, core values and future-focused goals.

A Vision for Del City

Del City’s leaders sought a complete brand identity to capture their community’s character and aspirations. Koch Comm developed a cohesive framework, including a tagline, brand pillars, and a unified visual identity — all designed to bring Del City’s values of connection, adaptability and drive to life.
At the heart of this transformation is the city’s new website. Designed to be user-friendly and mobile-optimized, the site offers streamlined navigation and updated content on city services, departments and events. In addition to being a resource for residents, businesses and visitors—it’s also a tool for city leaders. Built with an intuitive backend, the website empowers city officials to update content, share news and communicate directly with the Del City community.

The city’s brand and website mark the start of a bright new era for Del City. Armed with tools that reflect their community’s strengths, city leaders are driving efforts to grow local businesses, attract new families and foster pride in the place they call home. For Del City, this is more than a rebrand — it’s a declaration of who they are and where they’re going: a city rooted in connection and ready to thrive.
