Kym Koch-Thompson

Principal

Kym wants to live in a world where everyone has the capacity to find delight in the ordinary, and she does her best to embody this idea. Especially when you consider she counts two poems and the many birthday cards she’s received from two of her stepchildren to be her greatest awards.

With more than 30 years of experience, Kym has worked as a TV reporter, state investigative agency spokesperson and legislative liaison, press secretary for Governor Brad Henry and a public affairs director for Cox Communications, Oklahoma. Kym started Koch Communications in 2005 and through hard work and determination, was able to grow a company with an incredible team of subject matter experts.

When she’s not working to grow her business, you can find Kym training for a run, expanding her collections of first edition young adult and gardening books and doing her best to learn something new every day.
